Anita Ekberg, classic Hollywood sex symbol, was born on September 29, 1931, in Malmo, Sweden. When Anita Ekberg was a teenager, she made a career out of modeling in her hometown of Sweden, and eventually won the Miss Sweden contest in 1950. Having a sexy figure and beautiful face, she even went to the United States to compete for the Miss Universe pageant; and although she didn’t win the title, she was one of the six finalists who were given a contract with Universal Studios.

Under the contract of Universal, the sexy Anita Ekberg received numerous classes such as those for drama, dancing, fencing, and horse-riding. She skipped many of the classes and only attended the horse-riding classes.
